@@ModeSOLOgaming Hot Pursuit 1-2, Hot Stakes, Most Wanted, Carbon. As exsample. I liked the tuning in the underground parts, but tuning is mot what nfs is all about and i miss the cops on underground. Seriously. That always kinda made it lame for me. Underground 1 atleast was a damn good arcade game, underground two had some prett big flaws and because no police in a big open world, it kinda felt empty.

Bought the physical version, since, strangely, it ended up being cheaper after shipping and taxes than the digital version. I know a lot of people are kind of hating on this, but I kind of like those old-school open-world racing games like Midnight Club and Need For Speed, so I'm definitely curious to check this out when it ships to me later this week.

FWIW, I do also have Need For Speed Heat, and it's a great game so far. But this might be a good portable arcade street racing game that I'm definitely lacking in my Switch collection. Gear Club is decent, but it's a bit too "old Need For Speed" to me with its focus on country roads and supercars. I own Grid Autosport on at least three different platforms now so I have no wish to get the Switch version yet. V-Rally 4 is pretty decent but has some flaws. I might check out WRC 8 soon, too. Considering its competition on the Switch, with only Grid Autosport offering something a bit more "AAA" in features and performance, Super Street Racer isn't looking *that* bad, but I am hoping the Switch gets more games along the lines of Grid Autosport.

@@lauscho bro, peep Night Runners The Game. That's shaping up to possibly be best racer of 2020s. And the creator personally told me he will port it to Switch as soon as he does PC release and gets a Switch dev kit

I never played Super Street: The Game, so when I heard it was coming to Switch, I figured I'd pick it up... It's okay... but I'm actually disappointed they removed Free Roaming.

I'm glad because I hate free roaming in car games. Every cat game does it. Free roam is whored out already. I want race after race instead of driving around foolishly

The Crew and Crew 2 are now becoming bigger than Forza Horizon series due to a much larger map and higher customization. There updates on the Crew 2 are now looking and feeling better on the Crew 2 the only game that can compare to Forza Horizon 4 and The Crew 2 is going to be Test Drive Unlimited 3 which I heard is coming out on PS5 and next Xbox as for the Nintendo Switch or Switch Pro I do not know.

Does anyone else experience this issue where the car will just keep steering to the right? I thought it was my controller at first, but it seems to happen every other race and it's SUPER annoying. Looks like it might be some sort of bug but I can't find anything about it.

The game has a very sensitive level of motion controls you must play straight with the controls

Thanks for helping me realize that this is not the racer for me. I couldn't care less about customizing my car other than paint color. I'm much more interested in ready-to-go cars and a variety of courses to drive on. I'll stick to Burnout.

12 vehicles. 9 can be used in Career. 2 are different BMW Z4’s. One is a normal model and the other is a GT3.

Thnx for that info! Can the camera angle be changed? Ie closer 3rd person, bumper, cockpit? Can right stick be used to “look around”? Is there a rear or look-back view? Do we shift gears or are all cars automatic?

No cockpit but it does have two first person modes. One actual first person and one on the hood. You can look around with the right stick. Automatic transmissions only.

maybe this could become a successful racing series in the future. i mean its still in the beginning. the first game was not so good, but they fixed problems and got more interesting. they also have their special features that makes this game stand out as a separate project. for example the rusty car you get in the beginning makes it more rewarding when you tune it afterwards and the explosionview of the car with its parts is so cool. also parts that move towards the car and in the car. sry english is not my first language

I know this was 2 years ago but I just recently got the game myself hoping it filled that NFS part of me but I hate to say that this’s probably one of if not the worst racing game I’ve ever played. The only thing it’s got going for it is the customization but other than that it’s horrible, the driving performance is sloppy and the graphic just don’t meet today’s standards or even the standards of 2 years ago. I had really high hopes for this but I’m just gonna wait and see if they make a NFS game for switch

@@jhonnyk04games68 in burnout paradise you can only customize the paint color and finish. There are 3 finishes pearleccent metallic and gloss. It is disappointing that there aren't more customisations but you do have all of the dlc cars in burnout paradise and bikes. It is a good game with a big enough open world and solid gameplay but if you are in to lots of customisations this game is not really for you. Gear club unlimited 2 however has lots of customisations from spoilers to exhaust pipes to tiers and lots more you should get that game if you just want customisations but I wouldn't recommend paying full retail price for it.
