Ichirou Erisdar -- It's not classical music. It's still considered pop. Or contemporary Christian. And classically trained singers don't automatically make a song classical because of the way they sing. The compositional style and structure of the song are what make it pop. 'Light of a Million Mornings' is from a Christmas cantata called 'Everlasting Light'. The concept of the cantata is classically derived, but it's the compositional style that puts it in the pop category.

I would also be pissed not because they lack talent, which is obviously not the case, but it is more of I would not be able to converse with my friend while they are singing on the top of their lungs. Apparently, you don't know the world-famous Madrigal Singers or MADZ from the University of the Philippines that has won hundreds of awards worldwide. Both of them are with the group. Look them up. BTW: I was a member in the popular UP Concert Chorus and we also had scores of performances in various countries but we pale in comparison to the MADZ where auditions are by invitation only.
