The V1 is still the best daily trainer so i bought another. I dont need new shoes for a while so I'll keep watching shoe reviews and save my money. On the stability issue, I don't have a problem, other than being careful at a turnaround point of an out and back.

The V1 of the SuperComp Trainer was one of my favorite shoes of 2022. But they've dramatically lowered the stack this year. Not going anywhere near them. However, I am incredibly excited for their SuperComp Elite V4's coming out soon. Definitely getting them for my races.

Loved my my v1s, more stable then my speed 2s which I love. They are a stone trap but they mke long runs enjoyable:). Will try v2s when I can get them on sale:)

I loved the v1 one. This feels a bit different, but also a bit familiar. Soft, but poppy ride. Shoes is made of quality materials with probably the best shoe lace there is out there at the moment. Upper is also great.

Glad the legs are holding up for the upcoming races mate! This has way too much stack height for me... but just picked up the Rebel V3 for £80 and the first few runs have been great - that fuel cell foam is so soft and bouncy!

I'd definitley recommend a "stand up" desk if you do a lot of computer work etc.

I found that the Fuel Cell Foam in these "tones" down a bit around 20 miles, for me. I felt maybe they were "to bouncy" initially but have loved them since they broke in.

wthe very soft foam shoes, I always wonder how long the energy return will last before the foam gets compressed and just doesn't work like it should?

I got the v1 going on 300 km and they feel just as bouncy as the 1st km. Just love that shoe for Zone 1-2 runs !!!

The V1 doesn’t feel like 47mm. Don’t knock it if you’ve not tried it. I own 2 pair, 1 black 1 red. It’s actually a great shoe! NB sold out of them, which should tell you something. The new ones don’t propel you forward, they’re just full of fresh foam which feels dead and simply a slog. It’s a completely different shoe compared to the first version.

I definitely wasn't knocking the first version of the Supercomp! All I was saying was that it had a crazy high stack hight on the midsole, which it did, the highest on any running shoe I think? 🤔 I totally agree with you when it comes to the new V2, it doesn't really feel like it's doing a lot of anything!

13:36 Well, it was a different experience putting the first model of this shoe on last year. But, I absolutely love the SC V1 Nothing, in a good fun way, feels like it (you should try it) The upper on the SC V1 is also incredible. Haven’t tried the V2 yet, but I hope the magic hasn’t gone. Yep, the groove in the middle will pickup a stone or pine cone on every run😂 My main rotation these days are SC V1, Endorphin Edge, Brooks Caldera 6 and Endorphin Elite. The Elite isn’t much in rotation, but for specific days. Had the UltraFly for about two weeks, did some 8-15k trail and crossover runs, but returned it. The Edge, to me, is everything the UltraFly wish it would be. Looking much forward to trying the new New Balance SC trail.

I have v1 and just got v2 today. The magic is absolutely gone. I don’t know what this guy is talking about but there is no bouncy feeling and it’s not soft like v1. Save your money and get a couple of pairs of v1.

I dont find the shoes to be very responsive nor to return much energy return. They just feel very squishy and cushioned and I feel like I’m fighting with the shoe. I dont feel any benefit from the plate. I have V1 and feel like they are a more responsive shoe
