I know I don’t buy them for the ‘look’. I buy them because they are hand made with the highest quality materials. The insole is rubber, not synthetic. Synthetics compress and break down. It’s inescapable. Remove the insole and you see high grade shoe leather tacked down….no glue. The leather is thicker and better quality than any sandals I’ve ever bought. If I was between 16 and 25 I probably would buy a $100 dupe. I feel this way about Coach purses. I don’t WANT a reason to not buy a new purse. These will be like a Chanel jacket or Chuck Taylors…..never fully out of style

I bought a pair of p448’s without noticing the sole is purposely distressed to a beige color. I didn’t think I would like that style but considering the shoe looks so high quality I feel the beige rubber sole helps it appear to stay clean. The uppers are the softest black Italian leather I’ve ever had.

I’ve been wearing the Shein pair for about a year. After a while, I realized even though they were comfy, there is very little rubber on the sole. After they break in, you can bend them in half, and you can feel every rock you step on. I did get tons of use out of them and they still look good.

Golden Goode are hand made in Italy with premium leather. Each one is also hand scuffed individually so no two will be identical. Not to mention they are super comfy. I’ve been wearing Golden Goose for years now and they are by far my favorite sneaker. The fake ones look terrible.

The fake one that you have is not at it best quality. They have a good quality fake ggdb shoes, seriously it have about the same look as the original one. It cost about $60 for the fake ggdb compared to the real one that will cost you $400++ 😅... but still you would know if you wear the real one or the fake. It still feel different. I have 11 pairs of ggdb. 6 are fake 5 are real ggdb. Got it from a flea market so I don't really care about the price. I wear expensive shoes but I don't buy expensive shoes 😂
