I'm so very grateful you've still kept it alive going into 2025! I've rewatched a ton of the players going through it time and time again and while watching it today I noticed one of Carl's videos commenting that it's occasionally reuploaded. I instantly jumped on and downloaded all the courses. I'm super happy to have them now and play them myself. Y'all are all amazing creators and even if I know the levels basically by memory now, I'm excited to finally have them on my switch too. Side edit: Just thinking, shame Abotun world isn't available as well, but hey, can at least still watch those too. Just having this is great.

Great work, everybody! This was an absolute pleasure to see played, and a real testament to the dedication of the creators in both building and maintaining the project. It is without a doubt one of the best creative works in video gaming history; every screen of each level a carefully crafted composite of disparate elements, with new takes on old formats as well as technically challenging contraption assemblies. With time, it's possible that the intellects behind Super Wagon World may even be able to build an actual troll level: A level that, in fact, is troll. Not a "Haha strimmer go down the hol" level that is methodically walked through like a field of rakes, laughing at every hollow thud as the completely benign shafts clunk against digitally-anesthitized skulls- no, rather a level that causes fight-or-flight responses to be circumvented en route directly to tooth-grinding heart attacks and Switch-punting scream bonanza. In short, a success story. Too often in this world, people are allowed to fail upwards, rest on their laurels, and take the golden parachute to an easy retirement. Speaking on behalf of everyone inhabiting planet Earth, who I am 100% sure will agree with me on this- Please, just do better.

I'd like to see an explainer for the history of the troll meta. But it's evolving, and one can only capture it up to the moment the explainer is made, so there are three options: - Update it whenever a new era comes; - Make it at the appropriate point in time - I can tell you when I feel like it (I mean, I can't tell that now, but when that moment comes, I will if needed); - Offer help on understanding it myself - this may be more individual, and I'm not sure if it's feasible in the case of me, but it may be worth trying I think I understand what's in SWW, but I'm not sure if I will understand future eras

Isn't the troll community smaller than 100 people? There's only a couple dozen troll creators who have privileges to have their levels played by the troll streamers. So I guess some of the trolls must have been from random smaller people who aren't normally allowed into the community?

I'd estimate that the number of "bigger" troll creators is at around 30-40 people. Then there are another hundred or so newer or less experienced troll creators. The majority of the community is people who just stick around in our Discord servers to chat, watch and play troll levels. Not everyone needs to be a god-tier creator to be valued around here, and anyone is free to join! So to answer your question, yes, many of the trolls in this world were created by smaller creators you wouldn't have heard of. We have a full list in our credits level at the end.

@@RottenJerv Fan made site called super mario maker database so that Nintendo can't delete your levels but the downside is you need to have your switch hacked or use emulator to be able to play it. I think it is very good specially for troll creators
