@@KDRulz There is a bundle for both and it already has been on sale a couple of times, but I'd recommend getting the second if you just want to check it out, as it is (much) better.

Are all the tracks flat? Like, are there any hills, bumps, that kind of thing?

No, there are bumps and lots of jumps. The first game was flat and the second introduced exactly what you mentioned. There are some elvation changes and bumps in here as well if you look closely btw.
