I just got my mondo and muckman and they are incredible. I’m praying we get panda khan and king lionheart to complete all the figs I had as a kid.

Omg I cannot wait to get this set of figures!! Mondo was one of my favorites, if not my favorite of the vintage toys when I was little, I'd take him everywhere, so I'm glad you saved the best for last for your reviews!! I think he looks amazing next to the NECA version, they look like brothers from another mother!

To each their own but Mondo may be my favorite in this wave. The articulation could be improved some but I don't think it's that bad. He really stands out on the shelf and sculpt wise is a perfect recreation of the original figure.

Always been a Mondo Gecko fan... Between him & bart simpson, It's why I started skating. Now I'm 40, still skating, and am looking to get this gecko. Lolz. I also build dioramas for these Super7 guys, which has turned out to be an enormous, but quite fun undertaking. Great vids, as always, thanks for being observational and objective-oriented in them.

Super7 has a way of getting my hopes real high and letting me down on my personal favorite figures like Mondo and Metalhead. There are so many missed opportunities to update articulation on this figure that would hardly disrupt the sculpt at all. It just doesn't seem very 'ultimate' to me. Plus I got mine in yesterday and mine has small QC issues. I still like him, but I'm bummed that my favorite characters are the ones that feel don't get the attention they deserve.

100% agree with all you said. I received mine yesterday, and it's got some major QC issues on the chest. Big dark gashes in the plastic. It was already miniscule and bare-boned enough, but that was just the final nail in the coffin. Man, now I'm just thinking about getting a refund from BBTS...or take my chances with a replacement. Still, it should've came with more than just freakin' hands and their skateboard. No love for Mondo from Super7 lol.

Great review! Thank you! Very much looking forward to getting this guy. Super7 has been doing a bang-up job of character selection, from my viewpoint. It's pretty much just down to Wyrm and Wingnut & Screwloose, and they'll've re-made every TMNT figure I've ever wanted.

The tail seems to be upsetting and the head articulation. Looks like the front of the neck needs to be trimmed up so it can look down.

I finally received my Wave 4. Outside of Donnie, Mondo is my favorite figure in the wave. The alternate hands make the figure. If he had working torso and better head articulation he'd be perfect.

I’m guessing you got these from super7 directly. I have em ordered through bbts so I guess this time next year I’ll get to see them in hand. I do have Don on the way from them for some wierd reason
