I have Tektro cable actuated brakes on one bike. No, they don't work as well as hydraulic, but they also don't need to be bled, don't leak, cost less, and also work pretty well once they're bedded in. So, especially for a flatter place, not such a big deal.

Fit a pair of chunky foam/sponge handle bar grips & lower the tyre pressure to around 25psi rear 22psi front . Will reduce the jolts in hands, arms & back.

My hyper 🦂 scorpion only gets 30 miles an hour with only the throttle and 32 peddling real hard. It may not be the fastest, but it's a hole lot of FUN.

My ZX works for me. I’m commuting 8 miles round trip with one good size hill. For my first electric bike I’m happy. I do want to get an onyx eventually. Or if super makes a competition bike like the onyx. I’m so down.

It make a big difference..... I got a z1 and I use a 750w motor with a 30 amp controller and 2. 48v 15ah batteries I can get 31mph maybe more if I try

I thought it was only my bike! But that top end speed on the RX the motor def gets a little louder and buzzy/whaaaa sounding! Have to say been loving mine though. It’s a good little cruiser, I can only top mine out at 26MPH on a flat surface.

I never got over 26 bro😂....I don't understand maybe it's the tire pressure...certain controllers or batteries but I'll tell people yeahhh I hit like 26 ....27 even thou never got to 27 .....I have faith one day

I presume the controller is custom on this thing and works in harmony with the display, And probably the motor (Chinese made but custom firmware). Otherwise you could upgrade the controller for more punch! lol

I just got a flat recently and that’s the huge let down which is the 20” x 4.5-5” inner tube is very rare and super73 is the only place to buy and is sold out. I decided to get a 4.25” so hopefully it fits when it comes which I was told it should temporarily

A lot of people buy the 20x4inch. That’s a super73 marketing for you so they up the demand on selling tubes because their is no market for 4.5-5inch tubes.

Yeah it's marketing bull don't stress! You can get any tube from 4 inches and it will run good. You can even get away with smaller wheel diameter tubes, But best keep to 20 inch.

The super73 came out as a cruiser bike so we can explore different places and stuff and ride with friends and talk along the way ride on side walks if it's speed your after just get a motor bike.

People always wanna tinker with stuff so even if u had a motorcycle. Your still gonna mod it to go faster or be different than stock. Just how we are haha. I don’t mind it only does 28mph but it wasn’t reaching 28mph on my tests and I’m not a big dude.

Ok so Sondors has a thing called the madmod...but they are having major shipping issues. But in theory it's pretty cool. 28mph top speed, 750 watt hub motor, battery integrated in frame (still comes out). 1800 dollar price tag plus shipping of course. Thumb throttle, cadence sensor for pedal assist I believe. Twist shift gears (ehhh I don't like that) Still something to look into. They are getting a bad rep for the shipping issues tho.

Kind of disappointing...on their web site, they state that it can go up to 28 mph. I have a 500 watt nominal - 800 peak ebike, I get 26-27 mph on throttle alone, I have gearing for hills, and it cost $1000 less. With this motors peak output, in theory, it should hit 28 or more. I hope they aren't lying about their motors, like some ebike companies (Rad Powerbikes). On future vids, I would love to see you tackle some hills on the ZX.....curious how it would handle them. Love your vids!

I tried a friend's zx with trooper tires; max speed I got was 21 mph/35 kmh. I weigh 150 lbs. Top speed is misleading and not as advertised.

Compared to other Ebike companies....they offer free shipping and an optional $70 for delivery insurance. I sent an email to Super 73....to see if they can anyway waive the shipping fee. According to them they can’t waive the fee....but they gonna have future deals on bikes in the near future. So I’ll just wait....maybe they’ll have a Black Friday deal.

Mid- drive motor. It bolts to the crankset. I looked those up too. It runs off a different battery and you have two throttles and two chains I believe. It’s like adding two motors to your bike.

Wow for a new bike a lot of scratches. I saw another video were the welding underneath the front housing there staring The wound was there but it came off the metal he recommended to check all your welding it looks like you got the same brakes I have on my bike electric XP they work but they do not stop you quickly I found out already good video👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 PS you don’t monkey around🐒 you say it like it should be sad😎 Danny boy
