it might stop at Clapham Junction to pick up passengers only in which case Clapham Junction won't be announced.

As far as I know Anne now announces at Waterloo. Anne and Rodger also announce at the majority of other SWR stations and have done for a few years now because Phil’s widow, Elinor Hamilton, revoked licensing for Phils voice to be used.
