All very well and good Bryan, but you cannot support your product in South Africa. I have a "bricked" (virtually new) Superbase Pro2000 and your support cannot help and you refuse to replace the unit. I wonder where else in the world this is happening.

You guys have great products. The customer service and responsiveness has killed your momentum. Lack of support for past projects and cancellation or limited availability for expansion items is beyond disappointing. I backed the Kickstarter. My unit runs ok but it came with the wrong software loaded and now I’m afraid of updates because of customer complaints about units being bricked by the process. Same with the original SuperBase Pro. You closed your office and are seemingly only available through email. WTH? Too bad. The hardware is solid but the software is a bit dicey compared to leading brands. Please do better. The unit is actually wonderful but it desperately needs refinement on the software side.
