My comment was in reply to the "it's exotic to them" guy, in the sense that lots of people like to treat Japan's sometimes blatant racism as just a cultural quirk and just exempt their society from much criticism and that's super dumb. Heck they still wont properly acknowledge their sex slave trade during ww2 even though Korea, China, etc. are constantly on their asses about it. Definitely wouldn't call them better than ever or say that they have huge balls. If anything their whole culture is founded on cowardice in a veil of honor, pride and some such. So this game looks pretty good now, but holy crap the physics engine on literally any hair or dangling objects looks horrible because shit is just doomed to CONSISTENTLY clip through things and freak the fuck out at any given moment. Just to this day I have no effing idea at all why they EVER thought Necali having multiple dangling big dumb dreads was a good idea because I'm pretty lenient on graphical stuff, but those dreads look objectively awful because they're just always going through eachother and slipping through his collarbones and shit.
