I love when people resurrect and rebuild cars that were left for dead. the Mustang I have today was for sure left for dead, on its last leg, and literally on its way to the wrecking yard to die, but I bought it right then, put a lot of work into it and now its back on the road again.

This video kind of shook me up a bit. You see, I used to own an Alpine White Superbird way back in the day, rusted a bit and covered in brown primer....but I had to sell it because of a divorce.....it went to a police officer in Utah, if I remember correctly. So for a few minutes there, I thought, 'Oh man, is that my old car?' But no...mine was a Six Pack. I wonder what ever happened to it....

Probably one of the best episodes I"ve seen. I give this a 99 out of 100. The thing for me that lost that 1% is they didn't ring the horn. Only the Superbird/Daytona people know what I"m talkin' bout.

OK, the front grille and the rear end of the 1970 B body Plymouth cars, are just about the best looking ever!. Glad the SuperBird has that rear body taillight style. But, you've covered up the front grille, Plymouth. I think the Belvedere, Satellite, and roadrunner have the best looking grille. The GTX, not so much. I do like the side scoops on the Satellite, more than the roadrunner and GTX, though. Yes, I wish I had my $800 roadrunner A833, 383 back. steve

For as long as they had it,working on it and restoring it,you would think that the right side upper trunk lid would fit better than it does to the top of the upper top quarter panel. That gap is HUGE!......And don't say that's how they built them back then....The fit and finish was much better than they would like you to believe back in the day.....But I'm not knocking it at all....As this car was resurrected from the dead and is beautiful....But still for all the time and effort and money that goes into restoring a car,it still isn't like a factory untouched original no matter how hard they may try.👍

I had nothing but compliments and fun in that car... even had the cops come to my house and tell me that if I went street racing on a weekend they would ticket me to death... So they did... I got $1,800 in tickets in a weekend... I sold the car for personal reasons ( my mom had breast cancer ) it help pay for medical bills.... That front cone to hood gap looks excessive. I have seen some that fit relatively nice and some that were poor. I don`t know if that`s how they rolled off the line, but in a restoration, I think you could get a better fit.
