The stretching is hardcore but I need/want that so bad. I’m a western amateur kickboxer and I am so tight. I always believed Superbon had THE BEST mobility in kickboxing but I’ve never seen him stretch like that before. Now I know!

Thai guys: We spar like kittens playing hunting game with our siblings, having fun while practicing. Guys in the west: My sparring is my championship match. I'm always serious because I'm the best.
Among MT fighters, Supbon has really well-distributed body proportion. His shoulder well defined , bicep popping out, but his thighs also thick and strong, in contrast of pure MT fighter (skinny arms) and pure boxing fighter (super skinny legs). Its like a killing machine in the making (made from sweat and tears). Wishing you good luck and go teach Marat who the real boss is, this March 26th.

Probably cuz most Muay Thai fighters are 65kg and below. Superbon fights at 70kg. All 70kg Muay Thai fighters are built like Superbon, but there’s not a lot of 70kg thai fighters.
Superbon .... Strikes in the face /head turn to Parkinson disease in old ages. I see a doc with old Shaolins and their hands were shaking uncontrollably and doing nothing. You should avoid hard strikes during training! How many pushups should I do / week?

While Superbon's training is extremely intensive, he is very easy going with his sparring partner. Superbon is truly a professional. I am assuming Superbon means Super Good?????? Always smiling, of course not so when he is being stretched.

Je me suis souvent posé la question pourquoi les plus gros puncheurs était gaucher, Superbon, Buakaw, Tawanchai, Rodtang, Saenchai, et même dans les autres disciplines aussi la liste est trop longue. C est juste un constat.
