Check your tv hdmi settings. Don't allow them to control your sources. Turn off Anynet+

On the remote sometimes the infrared red light comes on and stays lit until I remove battery to restart it. What causes this and can I do anything to get rid of it without removing the battery? Thank you so much for your expertise.

SD card and usb drives after formatting do not work and or not shown listed. Got lame excuse from authorized seller saying format is finicky and drives are only good for basic photos/vids.?? Expansion is not needed? Can VLC be added for playing movie drive? Otherwise I LOVE this unit. Yours vids are greatly appreciated

Good video but the problem I have is I use the Blue tv app and sometimes the channels won't play, they freeze or kick you out. I've had it where I shut down the box and it freezes during shutdown. Then I have to unplug it and plug it back in. No updates available either that I know up. I just got this maybe a week ago.

My closed captions randomly stopped working on BlueBOD. I’ve tried device prefs and also in the video playback settings, tried switching languages etc. Anyone come across this and have a fix? I’m ready to do a factory reset but nervous about that, has thing thing less than a month.

Blue VOD will not play anything it just circles the bit amount info counts to zero and just keeps circling Everything else works pretty good but deal with buffering quite often I have very fast internet

Disconnect ethernet cable after powering on the box. After 15 seconds plug it back in. Should work as it does for me

Blue tv works great but blue VOD will play half an episode or one episode at high speeds of 5000 to 7000 kbps and then stop working and show 0 kbps even though internet speed test is fine. Any suggestions?

Your show is pretty good with this info. What I do not like is the way you say something about what you are showing but you move all around the place while you are talking about what your 'where' showing. That is a big problem. Mellow down, big time.

Most annoying thing ever….HDMI-CEC control doesn’t work, remote doesn’t boot up the box if it’s off for a few hours. Having to unplug it for a second to turn it on every single time. Nobody else has mentioned this issue so I assume it’s just me😢

Hey I got the Superbox S 5 Max from a friend. I try to download Disney Plus and once it finishes and I go into the app it says there is an updated app version. I install it and then the app says not available in my location. I live in Canada and had the app on my Nivida box no issue. Then it asks me to uninstall the app. I tried this a bunch of times but same issue. Any thoughts?
