This froze my screen and my remote after you said to become a developer click home button 5 ×s to become a developer, once I did it a brief pop up came on screen which said; "you're 2 steps away from becoming a developer" & disappeared. I could not navagate away from that screen and had to shut down the tv with the mfgr remote. Restarted it with mfgr remote an I clicked 2 more ×s, Now developer options my screen does not show what you're showing. It says: "enable ADB connections over the network, wtf ? Now the what?, the fire stick will not work nor does my remote. Do you have any solutions?..... Guessing I have to reboot my firestick and reset my remote Again. Appreciate any impute you could assist with this. Thanks

Amazon is now making firesticks that do NOT use Android OS's on them and they DO NOT allow you to sideload anything. I got developer options but it still won't let me turn on unknown sources it says I have no apps that require that permission and it will allow as soon as one Is downloaded that requires it, but I cant sodding download said app because I have no idea what apps that would be!!!
