He still has the Ferrari Scuderia, but he's also a good marketer who has many sponsors that help pay for a lot of that stuff and get him good deals on a lot too through collaborations. It doesn't all come out of his pocket. He is successful but being "rich" is a matter of perspective - to a homeless guy sleeping on the street I would be "rich", compared to some of the guys Damon runs around with he may as well be the bum on the street.
