The Rolls-Royce Scintilla is what you get when designers do this right. This is absolutely horrible. They took a boring looking car and threw badges everywhere! The grill is the most obviously mistake. They took the Pinstripe accent (good) but only made it 6" wide so it clashes with the rest of the grid grill! Either figure out how to carry over the design to the entire grill, figure out if the 2 designs can be blended, or don't do it.

Thats why this is such a cash grab joke; they could have actually done something and all they chose to do was add an aero cover and put Maybach logos everywhere. This is a goddamn impediment. Could have split the bisected the hood , could have made it an exclusive hardtop Gullwing, could have used the AMG ones engine. Instead they did nothing substantial to change the SL to better fit the ethos of Maybach. CDprojecktRED did a better job with the Rayfield Aerondight.
