I've been here last week, and it's situated in Dubai, it's called SkyView and on this glass slide, you can see a view of the whole of Dubai, including Burj Khalifa. There's a glass walk as well! Pretty sure it's tempered glass. I went to the John Hancock building in Chicago before and you can go lay on the glass and look over the city. It's perfectly safe, probably could hold an elephant.
