I’m usually uncomfortable in silence. I just found out that if I play low frequency binaural beats in the background, it simulates the environment being noisy while keeping it quiet. I think it has something to do with vibrating something in or near your neck that is like a comfort zone. Much like how when you touch your lips when you’re hungry or anxious or something? Really helps me recharge my social battery. Side note; this has an interesting effect when you’re outside in the rain wearing low quality ear buds.

4hz means 4 times per second. This means that you can hear the amplitude (the beat) every second if you hear this video in 0.25 speed (sorry I guess this sounds complicated. Just try it and you ll notice what I mean).
@b.s.36455 жыл бұрын
@@bobbyrouya this means that you can hear 4 signals (sounds) every second. So every quarter of a second (0.25 second) you can hear a sound. If you slow down the speed of the video the frequence (logically) slows down to 1Hz (1 sound per second. This means that you can hear any signal better this way because you have a whole second until the next sound comes up. By the way I was meaning that 1Hz means 1 Signal per second. So for example 20000Hz sounds would mean 20000 sounds per second.
