Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that does a lot. It's most well known for improving motivation, drive and "zest for life". If you are low in dopamine because of dopamine burnout, you'll feel less motivated and be reaching for things like caffeine and stimulants to help you just get through the day. I've put together a simple list of ways to boost dopamine and the activity of dopamine receptors in the brain. If you like you can also use a good quality supplement to balance out many of the brain chemicals such as MindLabPro: www.mindlabpro.com/?a_aid=667bf5a54b917&a_bid=6d45f5c3 . All the best from Ryan & Hannah 💚

After being diagnosed at the end of 2022 with Metabolic Syndrome, I adopted several of our tips shown here. In addition I tried the L-Tyrosine. After initially being able to think clearly, I’ve noticed that it has also significantly reduced my tinnitus. Thanks Ryan. 💚

I now come to your channel every time when looking for sound advice on whatever issue it maybe . Not just for me but for family too. I really like the fact you advocate taking responsibility for a healthy diet and naturally finding the supplements through food first. I know a lot of people with cancer issues right now. Maybe they took government advice a couple years back I don't know and took something. Would you consider doing a vid on CBD oil or Rick Simpson oil. I would very much appreciate your knowledge and take on that . Your work put into your videos is valued. Thank you.

Can you please make a video on proven & effective complementary & adjunct supplements, therapies, diet, & lifestyle interventions for Parkinson’s disease that I’m helping my dad with?!? He also takes levothyroxine, Wellbutrin, sinemet, & carbidopa daily.

😊 Thanks Edit: If one uses screen time for viewing interesting , educational sites, the news, listening to music, documentaries or information ( like your's) etc, rather than non useful - does that also affect negatively on dopamine or just less a depletion level problem?
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies4 ай бұрын
Yes, all activities that stimulate you affect dopamine. However, if you are calmly focusing on a video such as this, or reading a news article your not going to get a dopamine rush and therefore burnout. The problem is things like constantly unlocking your phone, checking behaviour, flicking from one post to the next on social media, bombarding your brain with stimulation, anxiously checking for notifications. If you are focused on one thing that tends to be fine. 💚

Oh, l'm good then - infact I intermittently switch notifications off as I don't want to be bothered while occupied by other things😅 Thanks for your detailed reply.

Hello, is essential tremor disease and not Parkinson's disease considered one of the causes of dopamine deficiency?
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies4 ай бұрын
It's Parkinson's that's usually related with low dopamine, however there could also be a link with essential tremors. The research on this isn't bulletproof with tremors. 💚

How about camu camu !?
@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies4 ай бұрын
Camu Camu is a wonderful source of Vitamin C, but it's not one of the main things that boosts dopamine. It can however help to protect the brain against oxidative damage.
