Sweet Brothers Restomods out of Upton, Wyoming have done it again. On this Episode of What The Truck? We have a look at their newest creation. A 1979 Ford Bronco that they have turned into a crewcab that is sitting on a complete 2011 Supercharged Roush SVT Raptor F150. But if making it a 4 door isn't cool enough they also stretched each door 4" to add more space and to match the Raptors wheelbase.

This is such a awesome rig man. I wish I had the finances and certain tools needed to do it have a lot of the know how it’s not the resources. This is so awesome to merge and graft a 79 bronco into the pillars of a 79 Crew cab to give it a four-door bronco look as big as it is And sitting on a raptor chassis with all the capabilities of a raptor with that supercharged V8 upfront and open up that door and be hit with 2011 that’s awesome in every way possible hope to see a lot more work from this guy

What about the ring ding sound when walking away from the truck while the engine is running? Very Annoying. Had a 2019 F350 Lariat with the Ultimate Package and Sport Package. Sold it in February and ordered a 2022 F350 Lariat with Ultimate Package, Black Appearance Package, Warn 12K Winch...all except two options...did not order the Adaptive Steering or the Pro Trailer Backup Assist (SISSY BOY KNOB). Definitely going to discount some of the annoying ring ding chimes...the walk away and...the seat belt. I live in a remote area and often drive the truck short distances on back roads.....absolutely no need to buckle the seat belt until right before the truck gets on a paved road.

Incredible build! Having done a similar build using F150/EcoBoost chassis with all electronics that is a ton of work. Very nicely executed. Until one actually gets to drive and or ride in something like this it's hard to understand how nice it is and how it drives, and how comfortable it is. Those creature comforts make it all worth it! Hoping to do this with my '66 N CrewCab old body but the rest new and with a warranty . .I want to use a 2022 Chassis. I won Ford Truck Pick with my '66 @ GoodGuys last time I had it out.

Shit at that price u only have to sale a few lmao.. And my brother got a brand spanking new raptor and didn't go over $90 grand and it hade every bell & whistle sun roof and a bumping sound system and Ford threw in free oil changes an car washes 4 a yr. And only reason i said something is bcuz he said a new raptor is north of $200grand i was like they drinking that clear shine lol

My brother many years ago had the Black '78 Bronco with the 351M engine. I drove it a few times until I ended up buying myself a 1991 Full sized Ford Bronco dark metallic blue with the 5.8 engine with quad shocks, front and rear limited slip axels. All factory ordered the way I wanted it. This Bronco here I did not hear what size engine is in it, but it looks very tight under the hood

BTW, a fully-decked out 2020 Ford Raptor is about $80k. They've done an amazing job with that retro Bronco, but I doubt they'll get $200k for it.

I understand that there is a lot of time in doing this kind of swap to a modern chassis but the donor chassis was a wrecked truck with 70,000 miles on it and they still got $196,000!! The biggest question I have is do you get any kind of warranty with this vehicle or is it sold as is???

It would better with Turbo IDI and a custom interior. Skip all the Raptor Junk. Use EMP hardened electrics. And King Pin Dana 60 with a 70 a 14 Bolt or New Sterling rear with Decent Disc Brakes. 20” of suspension min. Front and rear with Rebuildable 2.5 of 3” shocks Fox King sway away icon etc. Super Quality Rebuldable. Coil over. I think you’d have to have Coils and long arms to get 20”+ suspension.

I do like the 4” added in the Doors. I’d also like a Pick up with 8” add in the Club cab just 2 doors. Steel no windows like a Panel Van. A panel Van like the F100 with 2 or 4 doors would be super Sweet. With a Bronco Fiberglass Top you Could have Tool shelves instead of Windows or a solid panel. And/or access to inside Like the state industrial shells. A 2 door Panel with Pick-up Front would look very Good with any of the Ford Body styles. Even a Modified Expedition with Panel body. 2 or 4 doors. Especially a F250-F350-F450 Panel with 4X4 and Dually.
