I'm surprised no one told you but when you increase the fuel pressure like that and makes the magnetic pencil inside of the fuel injector more difficult for the computer to energize and open up. Eventually it could cause a lean condition or a misfire because the injector not opening up. The way you're doing things the very old school way nowadays with a type of fuel advanced systems that we build now something like two 1000cc injectors installed onto a charge pipe or intake with a standalone split second controller pulsing the two injectors only in boost would be a better alternative

I have a 2006 Honda pilot EXL Awd it has the j35a9 and I just got a m90 supercharger from a gtp but didn't come with nothing else trying to figure out what all I need pulleys, fuel pressure regulator, injectors, and maybe just do a standalone or plug n and play

Have you considered vortex supercharger? I know Acura TL members have upgraded from twin screw to turbine, big power gains. Would love to see that in the Pilot 😆. Gotta Comptech supercharger on my TL running 6lbs. Keep up the good work 👍

The black plunger thing on the Charger is just a by-pass valve for when you are not it boost or idle it. You would raise or change the boost level by changing the PULLEY SIZE....not by playing with the plunger.

Don't know, if these will work. But, it'll be a good upgrade since you're adding more air into the engine. Saw a set of OBX long tube headers. For 03-04 3.5 Pilot on eBay(wouldn't let me share the link) would definitely help with power.

Sounds weird to me. I'm used to a 3.2 pulley. The pitch of whine when you shift is what I hear after a shift. The whine gets loud and very high pitched the faster you spin them. Can't wait until you get the fuel delivery system UpTo speed so you can let her rip fully with a smaller pulley. Edit, these m90's peak efficiency around 7-9psi on 93oct. On e85 (depending on mix %) can be pushed to 12-14psi. These also respond very well to a dry shot of nitrous. Cools the rotors

Acura RDX OEM injectors are 410cc and the Acura ZDX OEM throttle body has a bigger opening for more air flow.

Shouldn't blow up with a good tune and fuel. 1320 showed a integra with a j32 or j35 engine all stock with a big turbo making i think 800 hp stock internals.

They make aem for swaps like that and this is a automatic they don’t make a tuning program for this. Don’t know if you have been following my other videos but i have plenty of fuel and using apexi to “tune it” the best I can. Works good so far

Hmmm weird nobody makes jumper harness to run stock ecu and a standalone one at the same time so you can control fueling timing and other important things needed for tuning off the standalone one, ive seen ppl do that but like you said idk if they even offer that for your vehicle, you may be able to make your own jumper harness to run a standalone ecu ive seen this local tuner make his own for a lexus sc300 automatic with built 2jz stock motor with a single turbo and he ran a honda aem standalone off his jumper harness he made just so he could tune it with his stock ecu, you may be able to get a tuner to make one them have him tune it.

I run 43# injectors on my M90 supercharger with 400whp. If u plan to run E85 yeah u will need 60# injectors or bigger👍

In the Honda world we use cc to describe our size what are 43lb injectors in Cc? The stock on these are 240cc for this engine but the other stock ones are 310cc stock but the problem is the tuning. When adding the bigger injectors you have to compensate them in the tune.

Yes but causes it to lean out because it’s allowing more air in and out so more fuel needed. It will happen some day but they are $500 for the Pilot. Ima try to adapt $99 race headers from accord J32 and see if they work

I got aluminum pulleys on my j30a1. When I added it with headers I noticed so much new torque down low. Wonder how much it would help your setup with the supercharger. I think 10% has gains at crank for the pulleys alone.

Oh it fits perfectly in a NB but with NA I have to modify the hood under it a little. The J swap kit from Mini tech in really neat. Search up "J swap miata." I'd say theres around a 100 in the US alone.
