If i can do 6 pull ups without rest and 1 day i did 50 pull ups with rest is it called over training?

Actually no. Over training is a result of week or months. You cannot be in a state of decreased performance capacity (overload?) Because of a single day of hard work. Single day of hard work properly done with ample amount of recovery could lead to hypertrophy (increased muscle mass).

If you did not injure yourself, a single session of exercise like that is not over training. It is only when you sustain that kind of workout often that it has a negative effect on your long term growth and energy. If you train to failure multiple times though, prepare to be really sore, otherwise if it's a steady workout you will be training muscle strength endurance more than muscle strength explosiveness.
