Yeah but everyone doesn’t want to point to that and gets mad when people do. All the media is deciding A stars boot isn’t the problem it’s just a coincidence but I think it the boot.

​@@Joe-pg3kg the issue is what's being done to the boot to give more flexibility. Multiple mieda people have stated Multiple times that the rides are having the boots modified to give more flexibility, which then weakens the boots protection. That's not Alpinestars issue. That's a rider issue.

guys struggle coming from training in FL(GA, etc..) when they go to harder packed dirt on the West coast. as they are totally different dirt types , which needs a different bike set up. should be common sense, that’s why guys train, and test some in Cali to get ready for the West coast. sounds like some riders were unprepared for the season. Or just complacent.

AGREED. Why is this never spoken about? Last year it was apparent that Jett had no edge in stadiums with hardpack. It was apparent to me but commentators would write it off as just a 'bad night' for him.

Well I’m definitely a fan of him and any privateer that has a similar story and struggles early loses factory rides and then starts beat factory boys in the 450 class outdoors and then yes outdoors he wasn’t the best which nobody expected him to be considering 1 he had been riding a preparing for 450 mx and literally like 1 day before the first race Mitch gave him the shot . And with absolutely zero preseason testing to and probably very limited testing during the season that killed straight up beat danger boy at high point and almost beat him in both motos .. and ya I do think he was robbed of a title chance bc ppl like you seem to forget or look past just how much certain riders have massively progressed in a single year .. deegs, canard, jcoop, colt45, Craig, sexton, Rv and dung were both literally decent amateurs before turning pro and had nowhere near the hype of bam bam as a amateur.. so I definitely wouldn’t sleep on that kid especially coming from a kid who’s literally lost a factory ride and earned it back the hard way and won a out door national almost going 1-1 the kid could surprise a lot of ppl imo .. it wouldn’t shock me to see him get a win and or multiple podiums .. if he wasn’t looking fast at the practice track drew Adam’s would be on that bike ..

He Isn't a title threat in motocross either. Only has 3 mx podiums overalls since going pro in 2018. 2024, 2 podiums of 11 rounds and most races wasn't even top 5 overall for 2024. But yet his fanboys will claim he's a " Major title threat "
