Hey Rob, good question. When we're trying to build strength, the maximal strength gains for athletes come from at least getting to 90˚ in the joint range of motion. Any more than 90˚ and you're focused more on eccentric stretching, which is a technique used to increase muscle mass rather than increase strength. Hope this helps to clarify!

How long do you dip in the ice bath after training?

Depends on how cold the ice bath is! If it’s around 55-60 degrees Fahrenheit, you can go for 10-15 minutes! The colder it is, the less time you should spend.

Sir one question can you do both cycling and gym at the same day if you are in season of racing??

Hey Christian, good question. You definitely can, but I would try to separate them as far as possible. For example, do the cycle in the morning and the gym in the afternoon. More separation the better. Hope this helps.
