Brought back memories of riding my dads old Super Cub 50 through the woods and old railroad bed as kids ! The neighborhood kids all learned to ride on it .

The cub did well. I’m sure the new ones will be excellent. I’ve had a old C90 for many years. Now and again I take it for a spin around Manchester. Always puts a smile on my face.

"There is not much engine brake" on steep downhill. It is true if you are in second gear, shift down to first and you will have plenty of engine brake but you may not like it as it will slow down your descent.

Have you seen adventure bike tv? They did a feature called tales from the trails and took 3 small bikes along part of the tet. One was a cub like yours. Amazing what they managed to get it through.

I had a Honda C70 in 1966. It was a fun way to travel. There's so much similarity with the Super Cub. Very tempted by the new 2020 CT125 Hunter.

Hopefully Honda gets the CT125 Trail/Hunter Cub to the world. Hearing that 125 brings back memories of my 1987 TRX125. Probably the same core engine design.

I picked up the Monkey 125, in the process of setting it up as a mini adv bike atm. I’ve taken it to ATV parks to test its capabilities and it made it just fine, not inconspicuous though as it draws puzzling looks from the off-road crowd. The stock suspension is way too soft and the gearing is too tall out of the box but those are just an upgrade away.

I had a CT Trail on order... Decided to buy a used Super Cub.. and put some Trail tire's on it. Saved 1800 dollars.. It'll be fine for me.
