Replacement of lower cover seal front windshield on Bmw E60. This is easy DIY video, few things need to be careful to not damage or scratch the windshield or the paint.
You have to dismantle wipers, cabin filters and covers in order to replace the front windshield cover!

Good video. Thanks. Same model, colour and condition of mine ... "wants some love". Can I recommend that before removing wiper arms from the spindle, mark their position to eliminate the uncertainty of reinstalling into the correct position. Draw a line across the spindle and onto both sides of the arm. BMs - they're impressive cars when new or maintained ... but they don't seem to age well.

Rubber is one of the few things BMW doesn't do well. My 06 530xi has 255k miles. Doing this job too. Plus the side pieces. and wiper arm. I already did the rear glass rubber and side pieces.
