These insoles are amazing. They can literally transform a very inadequate shoe into a hard wearing, comfortable performer. I've use these on tennis shoes, hiking shoes and rubber boots, and wow.

I've swapped them for different shoes--they've actually outlasted many shoes and they just go on to serve new ones. Great items.

The arch support does not support the center of the arch. The support is more towards the back of the arch (towards the heel). I placed my New balance insole on top and you can visually see how the arch support does not line up with the New Balance support.

I bought my superfeet GREEN, i work all day long on my feet, and to be honest they did not help in fact after a few days i actually felt even more my feet

I found that the arch support starts far too close to the heel. This caused my feet to virtually hurt more. Also I can't for the life of me understand why these insoles use a harder foam than any I've ever tried in any insole they are even harder than just the factory padding inside most new shoes. I might as well just walk on the concrete without shoes. Albeit there is an arch support that every (non flat footed) person should wear.

These shoes are not meant to be soft. They, instead, build support. These turn soft, unsupported shoes into good long wear footwear. I've had my soles for 15 years and I move them from shoe to shoes that have a strong support gap.

How are the Superfeet Green for forefoot cushioning? I get pain in my forefoot when wearing my work boots for extended periods of time.

I wear through insoles in a month in my work boots. Big toe pokes through. Will these help that?
