I hated before but acquired the taste for it. Literally crawe the greem slush smoothie. What it did for me is it cured my allergies and made my skin glow healthy. Its super food, prebiotic and packed with antioxidants. Imagine eating green leaf sallads but concentrated. The chlorophyll content is insane in one small spoon. Something in it even makes my skin not burn in the sun.

High in protein, antioxidants, zinc, copper, iron, oxygenates the blood, good for gut health, rids the body of heavy metals, helps flush the body of odor (if you struggle with body odor, it's prescribed by doctors- see Chlorophyll Trimethylamenuria study data), it's taken by athletes for sustained energy due to improved Nitric Oxide levels (see sport studies on Chlorophyll), it was given to patients during Covid to improve low blood oxygen levels, and boosts healthy red blood cell production, to name a few off the top of my head. We can only eat so many dark leafy green veggies, but this is basically the concentrated life blood of plants that's so healthy for us inside of green vegetables. It's similar to our hemoglobin if you have any blood issues or breathing issues making you feel fatigued, eating/taking Chlorophyll products is very helpful!

Steak has plenty of protein which is good for you, but if you eat steak or other red meat every single day you'll probably get gout. on the other hand if you eat kale every day nothing will happen, maybe you'll be a bit healthier and a bit more insufferable. but you should be mostly fine.

natural sunlight sometimes can degrade the products due to high risk of contamination outside. Spiriluna can't grow well without desired heat or lightning. Same scenario, greenhouse for plants? why they did that? Breeding plants, animals and fish in a cultured process? i answered it for you. To live longer, propagate well and minimize the losses, especially to avoid high risk of survival and contamination.

Typical fear-filled, empathy-free right wing conservative. Especially in times of pandemics and climate change, it’s really amazing how few people ever even try to go vegetarian (or vegan) for a day, let alone a week, or let alone trying it enough to be able to compare for themselves any noticeable benefits they might have. For something so important for our health, as well as for empathy and for the environment, it’s just amazing... Plant-based foods are the #RocketFuelOfFood. Three great reasons to #SwitchToVegan / Vegetarian: 1) Health 2) Empathy 3) Environment Reasons against: 1) Habit / tradition? 2) Apathy? #RepublicansAreNazis #EmpathyFreeGOP #StopMurderingAnimals
