@@lukaz20001 Personally I'm self taught so I don't know about online learning. However, I highly recommend starting off with fingerpicking instead of using an actual guitar pick it'll make it much easier as you'll be able to focus more on your left hand than making sure your pick is in the right place. Also, if your left hand hurts in the beginning, you're doing it right.😂 You'll eventually get used to it so it'll be painless, but for the beginning, yeah. Another great way to train in notes from memory is going up 1 fret using all four fingers. But if you need help or want to ask questions or something hit me up on Instagram @dads_herobrine_overdose.

I want to say thank you for including the God Mode aspect of the game. As a person with physical disabilities affecting my fine motor and coordination skills with my hands and legs, having that God Mode ability has been great. I'm able to enjoy the game and the storyline without having to suffer not being able to beat the game because of my disabilities (like with Breath of the Wild). I don't know if that was one of the intentions of God Mode or if it was just a nice side effect, but regardless I really want to say thank you for making an awesome accessible game. I remember playing Hades a few days ago and getting stuck at Elysium to the point where I wasnt even making it there any more because I was getting fatigued at how hard and intense the game could be at times. Then I took a boat across the river Phlegethon for like the 100th time and came across Eurydice for the first time, in the most peaceful atmosphere in a world full of flames, and I just stopped for a few minutes to relax and listen to the entirety of the song she sang. Can't believe how great a voice Ashley Barret has, and it was such an incredibly somber moment in a game full of constant crescendos, took me so off guard. Really appreciate this song being in the game and how poetically thoughtful its written; it perfectly brings to life that feeling of being weery after a long struggle, and taking a much needed rest. Nice work SuperGiant, you guys rock

Farewell To all the earthly remains No burdens No further debts to be paid Atlas Can rest his weary bones The weight of the world All falls away In time Goodbye To all the plans that we made No contracts I'm free to do as I may No hunger No sleep except to dream Mild and warm Safe from all harm Calm Good riddance To all the thieves To all the fools that stifled me They've come and gone And passed me by Good riddance To all Farewell To all the earthly remains No burdens No further debts to be paid Atlas Can rest his weary bones The weight of the world All falls away In time

Wow, thank you for the tutorial! It's so cool you used a bağlama for this, I always assumed it was another instrument that sounded somewhat similar. Love from Turkey!

Thank you so much Darren! I'm a complete beginner when it comes to the guitar, gonna try my best to learn this! Thanks again so much Darren and Supergiant, I absolutely adore your music (and games too of course!) and how close you are to your fans

Did you get it? Might be quite tricky for a beginner to play those shapes.

@@AnimeFan9833 I'm still working on it! These chords are indeed harder to get right than I initially expected, but I'm having lots of fun just learning piece by piece. Thinking about being able to play such a beautiful piece one day and singing along to it is a huge motivation to me.

@@mw_942 That's great to hear. If you keep consistently practicing I'm sure you'll reach a level where you can play this song in just a couple of months! You'll know you're ready for this once you get comfortable with barre chords.

A very rare treat to see a Dev put out music tutorials. As a lover of the game, and a practicing guitarist, I appreciate it.

Thank you so much for this!!! Despite adoring all the music from Supergiant's games, I was still gobsmacked at how beautiful "Good Riddance" was the first time I came across it mid-run I just recently started learning guitar and this... may take a while for me to work up to, but I'm excited to try!!!

Dayum. Started from bastion, felt in love with the musical ambiance. Then transistor, then pyre, then Hades and now there you are with a new guitar hero. Said it a lot but you guys are literally the best game studio I know.

I just wanted to tell you what a great song and game you've made. Hades was so interesting and enjoyable during this tough pandemic, I'm an RN so it's been really a rough year on me!! This game, especially on the Switch, really helped me look forward to something positive; coming home to play it with my daughter. We absolutely loved it when we spent time together playing and would run into Eurydice while she was singing Good Riddance. Her song was like this pure, beautiful voice while she was surrounded by destruction and turmoil. Just like us in a way. Anyway, I am also a musician, so I truly appreciate this upload so I can learn the song and play it with my daughter. Thanks!!

Literally buying the game right this second because of this video, gotta support a company that supports their soundtrack. Music doesn't get enough recognition in games. Also this track is beautiful, I've never heard it before but it feels like I've heard it a thousand times and it feels super nostalgic. Very old school rock.

really cool! side note as a vocalist I've never heard such a beautiful falsetto. Plus with this song and Orpheus and the tragedy between him and Eurydice. Just goes 100x into the haunting take your breath away vibes.
