The soundtrack is a crucial component of what makes Supergiant's games so special. Hades is easily one of my favourite games of all time, can't wait to see what the studio does next!

It’s fairly standard classical style chords with a sort of pop arrangement. Learn a few of these and you’d be able to come up with your own songs in a similar style. Incredible music this man makes

This song made me cry for the first time in years. Coming out of the pool and hearing it echo off the walls of the hall for the first time was jaw dropping. Ive been obsesed with it for over a month. I checked to see if there was a video of Darren recording it and was initially disapointed but found solace in finding and watching the 6 part noclip doc which featured some of Darren's recording process which was awesome to see but I was bummed that this song wasn't included in the process. I feel like this video just completed some small part of me and I thank you for this wild ride lmao.

For the last week or so Ive started singing the Hades songs to my horse - she's been very lonely and heartbroken since her girlfriend has been at the vet for surgery, so I've been singing to her to keep her company. If she likes it or just tolerates it I'm not sure, haha, but I think the melody of your songs is calming. But this is such an amazing video to share - you teach so incredibly well. I got unreasonably happy when I saw this, so thank you!

As a beginning guitar player with background in piano and singing, thinking about guitar chords having minor and major "shapes", and just moving up and down the frets, makes so much sense! I haven't heard other guitar players refer to chords in that way before.

I'm really looking forward to Hades 2 and what you bring to my daily listening and my catalog of songs to play for my family. Thank you for the tears and emotions. WE NEED MORE OF THIS. Fr tho I love the fact that the composer knows the fact that he made some sick ass music. I don't even think he minds people learning to play the songs because he knows that people new and advanced want to learn his songs. I also find it great that plenty of music you hear in videogames and movies and even anime, aren't that hard to play it just takes practice. I'm ranting but I'm excited to learn this song, I already learned Good Riddance thanks to this man. A literal chad this guy is lol
