She will always subconsciously support Kara. I just wish they had been more clear about that. They never quite pointed out that even without her memories, Alex chose whatever protected Kara. The scene in 4x21 where she's telling Supergirl about her worry over Kara missing, when Supergirl touched Alex's hand, you could see in her eyes, something was sparked, but the show waited to long really to point out why.

Arrowverse Kryptonians can't actually run any faster than normal people (at least, they've never been shown to), but can instead only move at super speeds while flying. The Kryptonians on Supergirl are the weakest ever portrayed, even weaker than the DCAU, which used to have the weakest.

@@jasonkelly1692 ummm... Smallville, comics and animated films have shown they have super speed. Maybe not as fast as any of the flashes but they can run inhumanly fast. Kara and Clark did so in the last crossover to see why Lois screamed just for it to be revealed to be Barry and Oliver. So I think it's just an unexcused misshap.

First, this scene is from a TV show called Supergirl from season 4 episode 13 (I think). However, the depiction of the Elite here is quite rubbish, so if you want a good film with them in, check out the animated movie 'Superman VS the Elite'.
