I'm curious hpw long it takes the team to put their superhero costumes on before going out to help people. Especially Guardian. Those braids look like they took forever.

See I get your point here Shan, but consider...Kara has super hearing and super speed. She's also not one of the brains on the team. She absolutely could have been on the ground more, helping in this episode.

Yeah the show was definitely a hard slog to get through at this point.
