Alex is one of the most badass characters to every grace television and this song perfectly captures her. I mean one of my all time favorite moments of the show is Alex rappelling down from the chopper and pulling off her tactical helmet. The awe I felt watching that scene is probably akin to how people feel when they see Supergirl float down to them. I love how real Alex is - yes, she's a badass DEO agent and kick alien butt like nothing else but she's also emotionally expressive and tender and unfailingly kind, especially when it comes to Kara. Their relationship is really something to envy. The fierce love and protectiveness Alex feels for Kara really is astounding and it's so refreshing to see this healthy, realistic sisterly relationship on TV. Thanks for sharing this! It was freakin epic!
