the only DC show I watch these days is The Flash I know last season of The Flash was not as good as it should of been but anyways it is really sad when fans become so toxic towards each other. I know everyone has there fav ships and that is cool. Whatever people can ship whoever they bleeping want but for sure it ruins a tv show when a fandom becomes so toxic. The same thing happened with TVD and I stayed away from the social media in the end. Will be interesting to see what the ratings are like for Supergirl this season.

Teri Hatcher came through last year showing a new side to her acting ability. Wire stunts and all she did it. Amazing that they also got Kevin Sorbo (Hercules) to play her husband, albiet fairly briefly. This show has been throwing surprises all along, and hopefully, they can keep doing it. Katie McGraff as Lena Luther has been a nice addition.

I don't give a crap who you ship. But before you whine about losing the "strong" or "independent" Kara from season 1, go back and watch how she's never had any independence save for one episode under red kryptonite, she gets told what to do and fussed at at every turn by a Cat, by Hank, by Alex, by Lucy. She got mansplained how to be a hero by Barry. She's NEVER had any agency and if anything giving her a sidekick to fuss at all the time (no matter how annoying or fantastic you found him to be) and then James to yell at (while conveniently forgetting that all her colleagues at the DEO are also human and she goes and fights aliens with them all the time) actually gave her more power. Were either of these power trips well written? No. But at least they were Kara not taking orders.

I want more of Kara as a character and not just love interest to Mon El, wich she became in season 2, i like Mon El but he had too much screen time in season 2, season 1 was all about women empowered and with plenty strong female characters, once Mon El came on, it became all about him, Kara didn't even have a storyline outside of him and it's her show, they can bring him back, just find a good balance so he dosn't take the screen time away from the other characters.

Yearh It's crazy, i mean i like Chris wood, i think he's a good actor, i liked him since The Vampire diaries, but Kara is the main character we should see more of her as an individual, trying to balance her life, and Arrow made the same mistake have someone who is nor the main character become a love interest and then take up all the screen time. I think Mon El can be a good character, i just wanna see less of him, i don't wanna see Kara become all about her relationship, that would be a shame because she's a really interesting lead character and the show is full of interesting characters, i just wanna see a good balance so we get screen time for each main character, and of course more Alex/Kara scenes.

Please LESS Mon El is S3.. S2 felt like a SuperBOY show. That whole relationship was a mess & took away from the show. Can Kara actually take the lead & be more like she was in S1. Also can James Olsen actually have screen time & a storyline this season since HE'S the lead male. Plus a love interest since Karaolsen was completely erased.. It would be interesting to see him interact with Lena or even Reign.

Those of you who watched the supergirl S3 premiere are probably as sad and disappointed with the writing as the rest of us are. 5 minutes face time with Kara and the rest of the show with everyone else. OMG, why not just change the Name from "Supergirl" to "LESBIAN SOAP OPERA...with cameo appearance by supergirl". The shows inevitable failure won't be due to the actors, as they are doing the best they can with what they're given. No, It will be first, last, and always, the writers fault.
