@@damienlobb85 that’s not true I worked in a call center (not use the company name because it absolutely matters in this occasion) but I’ve fixed display issues with restoring and updating. As long as there isn’t a cracked screen it’s possible to fix that issue with an restore or even just an update.

The other year, took my wife to the apple store to replace her iphone. The transferring of all the date is taking a long time, there. And then it stops and prompts her to choose a cloud storage option for backing data up to that even though both phones have the same storage amount. One of the girls helping her tells her to go ahead and pick an option, but then it all starts over, again. The girl didnt warn her that would happen. So while im taking my son around the mall waiting for her, she is stressing out and tells them that she needs to get back to us and so they say go ahead it can be done at home. Well she ends up losing over half the photos of our baby and everything because the girl didnt warn her not to stop the process. My wife is upset and im livid so i go back into to talk to them to see what happened and you know the feeling when talking to someone and they could care less? That's what i got from the minmum wage hipsters. The girl helping her left for break and so i talked to the manager and he basically said that it's my wife's fault and nothing can be done. Apple is the worst. And yeah get them some walmart vests so i can pick out which one to talk to😂

So this dude ignored the multiple warnings on Apple’s website stating you must provide an ID that matches the name on the order. He didn’t bring anything to verify his order. He was annoyed he had to say what he needed twice and felt he was entitled to his phone despite disregarding the MULTIPLE warning stating all of this would be needed. And this is the fault of the folks at the store trying to help him. What an asshole.
