I've seen the Sleaford Mods, Little Simz, Jack White, Amyl and Sniffers, Gabriels, Mccartney, all great performances but by far the most impressive band there were Supergrass, I'd almost forgotten about them! EVERY single tune was a classic, tight AF, without doubt one of the best bands from the 90's era and hugely underrated.

I Love Supergrass and I love the performance they did at Glastonbury 2022. Please please can someone download all the other songs from them from that festival and put them on KZbin and not just "Alright". I'm desperate to watch it again. It was a brilliant performance from them and I miss watching it. Gaz and the boys, you are wonderful.

I remember their glasto back in 95. What a band one of the best 90s bands. Danny on the sticks just glued everything together, how that whole kit is moving while he’s smashing fuck out of it but in a elegant way. What a band man and Gaz is still cool as fuck! 😎

Danny Goffey is one of my favourite drummers of the last 30 years. Not the tidiest drummer around, but he plays with passion, leads the songs well and keeps good time. Very underrated.

La segunda fue en los 80a, en la era post punk y new wave dónde una plétora de bandas de Inglaterra se difundieron en las emisoras de las grandes urbes de América y Europa. Bandas tan divirgentes como lo fue The Jam (del renacimiento 'Mod'), XTC, English Beat (Qué combinó sonidos del Ska o 'Two Tone' con melodías del pop) o hasta Depeche Mode o OMD (Qué eran de Synthwave-Synth Pop--llamados en un principio: futurístas). En los 90a llegó 'Brit-Pop que se puede decir fue la 3ra invasión británica con bandas buenas basadas primordialmente en el rock de caractéristica británica como lo fueron Blur, Oasis, Supergrass (Qué tenía influencias de genero 'Mod' y hasta de Rolling Stones) y The Verve. De todas diría que Blur era la más diversa en sonido. Ahora, para mí Supergrass es mi favorita de dicha época; sin embargo, en mi opinión nada se compara con la seguda invasión británica de los 80a. WOW! Had the chance to see these rockstars, when they opened touring for Foo Fighters, we were late, missed their entire show, and as a bonus, they broke up after that tour. This is the first I've seen them back together since 2007.
