I agree. It's because he is underrated. Most Marvel fans knew who Doctor Strange was, which is why he got a movie. Doctor Fate is not that well known. You'd have to be a hardcore DC fan to know exactly who Doctor fate is. he is also the most powerful character in the DC universe. Heck! If he ever went face to face with Doctor Strange, he'd beat him! I really hope the DC Extended Universe will introduce Doctor Fate in his own solo movie if the DC Extended Universe gets back on track.

It would be nice if the Constantine TV Universe crossed over with the Arrow and Flash TV Universe. It would be nice if both of these Universes crossed over with the DC movie Universe. General Steelflex Well, I can't really talk about the series-to-film-part (although I don't understand why anyone would want this anyway, since in my opinion TV series are better in every way than films) but Constantine and the CW series are rather different in tone, mostly due to their respective channel (for example, the CW's shows almost always have romances as rather central themes) so crossovers between those would be hard to make. I am rather content with Constantine standing by itself for the time being.

Dominik Kensy What I meant was that I just wished that all of these movies and shows were confirmed to exist in one Universe. After all, the DC Universe itself is full of varying tones from the more lighthearted characters like Flash, to the much darker characters like Batman. My main reason for wanting them all to exist in one Universe is so that we could once in a while have stories where the already established character from one show could interact with the already established character of another show, instead of simply creating a new version of that character. I also like the TV show format better than the movie format for comic characters, but I doubt DC will abandon their plans for a cinematic universe. Unfortunately, that means characters like Batman and Superman are off-limits for TV shows.

General Steelflex And I can respect that wish. I also don't quite understand why the DC division for that doesn't do it this way (maybe because if one of their products screw up, it's not the whole universe that suffers?) but it is how it is. Yes, obviously they are going to make movies regardless of what I think of the format because they are quick and big moneymakers but we do (kinda) know that Batman does exist in the CW-DC-Universe because the last Flash episode featured a Batman comic book. But, yeah, they might not get their TV shows in the near future.

I'm pretty sure they never really watched it as the footage in any origin videos they do is pretty mutch always limited to 1 clip eventhough the animation in that show, love it or hate it, is superior to most other dc-animated shows.
