That's actually wrong... REALLY wrong. Hulk was NOT "born" when Bruce Banner was in his 30's. He may have gotten his powers then but Hulk already existed. His origin was retconned to make him closer to how real DID works which means they had to change it so Hulk had already formed when Bruce was a child since DID can only form in childhood. The gamma radiation he was exposed to as an adult didn't create the Hulk it just made him super strong and green. That's also the reason She-Hulk doesn't have an alter. Also the point at which an alter forms has almost nothing to do with their age. You put 15 seemingly implying that Hulk got his powers 15 years ago but typically when an alter presents as a child it's because they're stuck at the age the body was when they split not because they've existed for that many years. Alters can also present OLDER than the body if the child feels that they're not being listened to due to their age an alter could form who is the age that would get more respect. So both the comic ages and MCU ages of Hulk are based on an outdated made up understanding of Hulk's powers that's not even canon anymore in the comics and never was canon in the MCU.

Why does Gambit sound French? He's Cajun. Just because Cajuns speak French doesn't make them generic French-Americans. They have their own culture with more red beans and rice than baguettes. Also their accent is different.
