hi just did my first superior sleeper cache thanks to your vid :). i go confused because arrived first in the gas room instead of sentry room, so by playing around i arrived in the mine room (but i had not reach the moment on the video u explain it, hopefully i succesffully did the hack. when afterwards i saw the passage where u explain it, boy i had chills because i was flying a 1B tengu. anyway the rest went smooth, i have to say i had some luck because i only have the data analyser t1. going to try the archive room rn, but first a big glass of water

Brilliant walkthru dude! And I do mean properly brilliant, informative and clear guide on Superior sites. All the extra info was handy as hell like the quantiy of loot and the notes regarding the site despawn timer. Alas, Im a somewhat impatient bugger so I did the 'Turret room' first an after I hacked all the cans, I cloaked up for a mo' to go take a wizz. I just wish I had gotten to the part where you say "if you cloak for more than 2 mins the site despawns with you in it" before I took a piss! =p No harm no foul tho... I'm still walking out with 200 mil in loot from the Turret room ...and valuable lessons learned for the future! =) +1 I was in a Buzzard with no tank or hardener and no Blackglass Imp (but T2 analysers and 40 Strength and 110 Coherence) the cans were not too bad to hack. I would not have been able to do the Gas room anyhow! I'm fitting an Astero as I type for the future though! Thanks again!

Love the video! Very informative. I've done a lot of exploration but never done this site. In the turret room, do you think a Stratios (no mwd activated) would set off the 3 bombs? I normally do exploration in a stratios. Any other thoughts for that ship with this site?

they must change thing around, first to warp into was the solar room and I went to station and back to unload and repair and the whole thing was gone, no 2 min

The site just despawned while I was in it in the first room. Is this a bug? The downtime was an hour ago. Something to do with that?

I know this is a old video but it doesn't work for me. Start from 14:00, I've follow the video but it brings very high damage when I approach to the gas. Hack the ship, put the key into the right box. hack the remote box. comeback. hack the Dented box. and go into the gas.... but there are too much damage in there

So all the loot and blueprints included, what’s the total worth looking like of a site?

I’ve run two of these in the last few weeks using this tutorial- its by far the clearest explanation of how to run the site I’ve found. In a Stratios, with both T2 relic and data analysers, and a cargo scanner to pick best cans (there are occasional cans with like one gun in them only, not worth wasting time on). Running just Solray and Turret room I made about 150mill blue loot each time and about 6 blueprints each run. Couple of cans were in the 40mill each per can range. Best blueprint was a three run Wild miner - these cost 45mill each in parts to make, but sell on Jita for just north of 60mill each, so an additional 45mill profit for all three. Didn’t dare do Mine room or Archive yet. Looking at setting up a heavily armor tanked Praxis to try that in. Cant afford a Nestor yet….

As far as I can tell the only rooms worth it are the gas room and turret room. I guess an extra 20-40mil (with chance for more!) is nice but the likelihood of losing a 250mil ship and 20+mil pod is just...not quite risk/reward adverse imo. Live to hack more sites, moar betta. -Yom

Zoom in really close, position centre of scan probes as accurately as possible right on site. Hold down and move all probes closer in so more overlap. Try again. If that fails check your free login boosters to see if any increase probe strength, fit an extra rangefinding array etc.

just a quick Q: you think an armor tanked astero with dedicated T2 modules instead of the combined one in the mids would work? should get higher virus coherence / help with the hacking, right?

The Zeguma module gets the coherence bonus from both the relic and data skills so at base its starting with 130 coherence since you need both relic and data to 5 to use it. The only "drawback" on using a combined analyzer is you only get 1 utility slot (vs the 3 on normal analyzers) but pairing it with a blackglass implant turns the Zeguma into ezmode hacks

"A Reactive Armor Hardener shifted over to 60% EM damage resistances, this is a good indication that the damage appears to be exclusively EM damage." This info is on the Eve University Superior Sleeper Cache. I can also confirm that the increased thermal or kinetic resistances don't seem to reduce the damage taken from the Solar Flare and that the damage resistances from the Reactive Armor Hardener shift all the way to EM.

Hey I have max skills and cant get my virus strength to 60. I have 40. Do the implants alone give you +20? or is there something in the fit that I missed

blackglass implant plus an intergrated analyzer (zeguma in this case) give you extra strength!

yep, that last room isn't worth it. i was curious to see what the room looked like myself. warped in with my astero after doing all the other stuff, and instantly exploded. not impressed with that 'fun' game mechanic.
