Superliminal speedrun new personal best

I was only less than 5 minutes away from the 30 minute speedrun achievement :SUPERLUMINAL. might post a vid later if I beat it. also from 1:12, I don't know what happened with the block. it was there and then it was in the backrooms and then it was on that table again appearing out of nowhere. I am going to see if I can recreate the glitch.
