The reason a lot people wouldn't accept that outcome is because it doesn't at all feel genuine to either character. It stops being Batman vs Superman and just becomes some rando with Superman's powers one shotting some rando with Batman's gear. That's what's being represented in the story with Batmite's rejection of it, his point about there needing to be a story basically boils down to "It needs to be what would actually happen between Batman and Superman", since Superman wouldn't just randomly clock Batman with killing intent out of nowhere like that. It's a point that gets brought up in a lot of similar character debates online as well. While there are some people who are satisfied with the pure stats being compared to each other, a lot of people aren't satisfied unless the personality and experiences of the characters is also taken into account and not just their powers and gear as it doesn't feel genuine otherwise.

I love how this comic just makes fun of our petty online debates. Bat-Mite, like your average Batman fan, gives Bruce an unrealistic level of prep time to the point he might as well be a god. Mr. Mxyzptlk forgets how Superman is always pulling his punches and wouldn’t just strike down his friends like an uncaring god, much less without good reason. It’s fun to debate which superhero would win in a fight, but Batman & Superman stand for more than just punching people in the face.

Lately I've been finding it more interesting to try to think of what two characters could be paired up against to give them a challenge as a more interesting line of thought than just which one of the two would win a fight. A team can become more than the sum of its parts, with certain team ups being more effective than others. Some teams become so effective that it can be a genuine challenge to think of something to pit against it without going overboard.

Batman and Superman both have the same chance of winning because on one hand you have one of the most powerful being in the galaxy and on the other hand you have one of the smartest person in all of fiction that has beaten many people stronger than him and has found out how kryptonite works and is able to transform it into different versions.

@@ashuprice9719 Like I said, That will never happen because that's using 100% potential which is not something Prime Earth Superman would do. Which makes the chances of Batman winning way higher. I don't wanna argue and I do believe Superman can take on Batman but it won't be as easy as throwing him or obliterating him. As the video suggests, It's a complicated fight and Superman has gotten himself in trouble many times by Lex Luthor using Kryptonite, Batman's chances aren't as low as you think. Plus even Matpat figured out how to take on Superman. But i'm just stating my opinion and it's not anything I wanna argue about.

Kryptonite has a range of 2 ft to 75 ft (Cross referencing gold and white kryptonite, as green has no specific range but in all depictions it is around that much distance). Superman's heat vision blasted a ship bigger than earth while he was in space. Suffice to say, much much greater than 75 ft. If that's not enough, he was able to shoot precise beams at the moon from Earth. Further, if you will give batman an extremely rare rock from deep space, then why not give superman some very common material on earth like lead? Matter of fact, he has a special lead suit to protect himself from the radiation of Kryptonite. Writers just like to conveniently forget about it because the villains wouldn't threaten him otherwise.

He even said it to superman that he would win if he wanted to, but he knows that clark deep inside is a goodguy and batman isnt. But clark believes batman is a goodguy and knows that bruce wouldnt kill him. Which batman also knew, he knew clark will see the good in everyone and uses it against him.
