To Derek, if y can accept an alien from a far-off galaxy that happens to be a humanoid that is compatible physically with humans, then it just as possible for canines to exist in both places. Dogs are so connected to humans that they have been known to find their owners during disasters or who've been lost in the snow, woods, jungle and are actually used to find ppl via rescue dogs and police dogs.

I like how the trailer opens with Superman needing saving. It immediately addresses the most common complaint about Superman, that he is too OP.

I've read superman comics in the 50s. I always missed Krypto in Superman movies. Superman's job is saving people. No problems with anything in the trailer.

Comic purists likely complained about Donner's Superman, Donner fans likely complained about Singer's Superman and Snyder's Superman. Snyder fans will likely complain about Gunn's Superman & after Gunn is done; Gunn's fans will likely complain about the next iteration of someone else's Superman ... It's the circle of nerd life. 🤣

Initially I had preferred that they not use the theme because I wanted this to stand separate. However after hearing how it was used in the trailer and seeing the visuals, it was the right decision to use it.

First off the Dog is accurate you can pull up a 1958 DC comic and see the original krypto and that’s the same dog 🐕 the ones being mentioned came after the original

I'm sure Superman could have made it back to the Fortress of Solitude on his own. But why bother wasting the energy when you have a completely healthy dog that's full of it. Doomsday would not be in the first Superman movie. The Kaiju Monster, or someone else that is very powerful could have done that to Superman. Does not take Kryptonite or magic. And Rachel Brosnahan is going to play a phenomenal Lois...I guarantee it!
