He's tanked the craziest attacks such being hit with a universe worth of magic energy, black holes, super novas, Omega beams, etc. Superman has literally lifted Infinity. Superman fights fucking Darkseid, AKA the guy Thanos is based on. Everyone knows that Darkseid would demolish Thanos with or without the Infinity Gauntlet. Superman has beaten Darkseid in 1v1 on numerous occasions. It's laughable you think think Superman would need the help of the League.

I wanted to see Superman, use his supercharged eyebeams on Thanos. Because Thanos, had all the beams that he could muster using the infinity gauntlet to throw at Superman. I was looking for Superman's freeze breath or eyebeams to make the fight more interesting 🤔. But it still was very satisfying and entertaining to see.
