47:23 Hey Matt & Ryan! It's really hard for me to find books I enjoy too. I found this one book that I just could not put down that I could happily recommend to you guys. It's a suspense thriller called Your Next by Gregg Hurwitz. It's amazing with an unexpected twist at the end. It's like 5 bucks on amazon for a paperback (used) or 3 bucks if you have a kindle. I highly recommend it and hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did!

I really enjoy the book called Wonder by R.J. Palicio. It's about a kid who was born with a deformity and has had several surgeries over time that worsened his face. He was homeschooled up until his 5th grade school year where his parents decide to put him in public school and he finds his way to accept himself and his deformities. It's a really great book, it gets kinda sad but also uplifting, 10/10 recommend!

As for books, I'm reading "Hardcore Zen" by Brad Warner. It's an autobiography by a guy who's been in multiple punk rock bands, taught English to Japanese school children, worked on Ultraman Tiga, and become an ordained Bhuddist priest. A really fascinating and down-to earth read that I think Matt in particular would enjoy.

Hey Matt, two authors that are incredible: Malcolm Gladwell and Brandon Sanderson. Malcolm Gladwell is more nonfiction, you might've heard of him before, but his analysis in real life situations and forming theses from them is amazing. If you're looking for more fiction stuff, Brandon Sanderson hands down. He has a knack of pulling you into the story. A story by him that will help you give a taste of his work is Legion. Give it a read, it's a pretty short story, but it's incredible

Book recommendation: Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. My favorite book, hands down. Takes place about thirty years in the future, centered around a teenager that plays a video game in order to find a fortune. But when his life is in danger, he starts playing for a whole new reason.
@nutmegosaurus7 жыл бұрын
it's completely fine to continue the series! however, if you did want to switch to an emulator, VBA (the GBA emulator) has an option to speed up your gameplay while pressing the space bar which will benefit you with your grinding. instead of it taking an hour to grind, it will only take you a few minutes. you can also used ciro's pokemon maker if you want to recreate your pokemon, although it requires extensive knowledge on how pokemon works in general (EVs, IVs, natures, etc.) best of the luck to you boys!
