It's a crime that people consider stingrays to be bad company since the Steve Irwin incident, may he rest in peace. I went to school with a stingray back in 1998 and he was a cool dude. Sure he had some anger issues but with a lot of counseling and meditation he got over it and became a pioneer in the seafood business, opening 38 Bubba Gump Shrimp locations in multiple countries. Hey Matt. You should get your betta fish a better tank. Bowls aren't very good from them, especially small ones. From experience I'd recommend something like a 10, 20 or above gallon tank as in those conditions they tend to act a lot more energetic, live longer lives and are overall more happy (betta fish are some of the smartest small aquarium fish out there and can feel expressions such as depression and happiness to more of an extent that other small aquarium fish).
