@@2Good2BeTrue45 The show has started to destroy their relationship with constant arguing/fighting. Can't they go five minutes without going at each other's throats? I love how much Dean loves Sam. Sometimes it feels like Dean loves Sam more than Sam loves Dean, but I feel like that is because Dean feels a parental love for Sam whereas Sam hasn't had the chance to experience the love a parent feels for their children.

@@2Good2BeTrue45 tbh i feel like their relationship after season 10 developed a lot more, Season 8 was stupid with Sam not looking for Dean and in season 9 again Sam saying he can't be Dean's brother because Dean saved his ass but no matter how messed up Dean got with the Mark of Cain he didn't kill Sam and afterwards Dean realized that Sam loved him too. Because from the begninng Sam always seemed the one to betray and let go of Dean, while Dean would do anything for Sam

I cried at Sam's "Because...you're still my big brother". The love that those two have for each other despite everything that they've been through is so beautiful. It's what makes me love this show so much.

Exactly and the way Sam looked at Dean when Dean questioned him like "why would you even ask that?" I'm 49 and my big brother is 64 and I still look up to him and have no doubts absolute trust in him, even though I'll be 50 this year I still need him and still ask for advice

his mean about letting Sam rot in there was that he wouldn't listen to his whining and do wouldn't come into the room to give Sam a chance to think about running!that's funny since both have been imprisoned twice!both times Dean finds his way to escape but Sam not!

That's because Sam trusts Dean more than anything. He knows that Dean loves him and would always do what's in his best interest. Dean is practically a father to him and so he looks up to him just as a kid would look up to their parent. Their dynamic is a huge reason why I love this show so much ❤️

Sam is such a sweetheart. S5 was an eye opener for Dean. He blamed Sam for the apocalypse in s4 to realize it was his fault in s5. He's the one who treated Sam like a kid and didn't trust him. The only reason he allowed him to take that jump into hell in the end was a way to make amends for not trusting him before.

he is a kid!both Sam and Dean got locked up several times!but Dean never had the childish reaction of Sam!he stayed calm and everytime he find his way out without making noises!Sam didn't realize what it means and what Dean felt in all those years until season 10!when finally Dean ditched him without blanking and caring what Sam felt!

I like this scene because I'm still not enirely convinced of Sam having really so much faith in Dean at that point. There was something in his comment about maybe not being as smart as Dean that made me think that Sam exactly knew what he would do. I mean, we know that he is the smart ohne and without a doubt Sam is well aware of that, too. I think he knows which buttons to push to get a certain reaction of his brother. Maybe Sam just learned to trust himself again...

for all those who complain about Dean's line about,letting Sam rot in here,he actually meant that,he wouldn't be around and listen to his voice or even to come in and gave him a chance to escape(look what happened to Cas,by knowing no monster or evil can enter that room😂)that was what he meant about letting him rot there,until he gets his lesson,not to get soft by some of Sam's begging or words and treats which provokes anyone!
