You do realize this is a tv show written for the purposes of story, drama and entertainment and not Christian-sponsored propaganda? This show does its own thing where it combines, omits and adds many facts and myths.

Eugh, cry me a river, people like you annoy me, if you're going to look at a show like this and complain it's too pro-Christian, you really know nothing about Christianity (the show is actually full of heresies and inaccuracies, but who cares? It's a TV show). Essentially what the show is saying is that the power of any God is derived from people believing in them, which is why the Hindu god was the most powerful of them, but even that isn't much compared to Christianity + Judaism + Islam, all of whom believe in these Angels, this God and in their predecessors' holy writings which talk of this Armageddon, so they're untouchable now, as most of the world population believes in/worships some form of that belief system, but back in the day when the old gods were worshipped, they were very powerful in their respective nations. It's a similar story with the Pagan gods in other episodes, they used to have immense power as all the tribes and local people would make sacrifices to them, now they're not much more than monsters.
