I like it when the brothers do their own thing for an episode, I like it even more when they do it without getting into a fight. It was nice to see Dean control the Mark's bloodlust even though it was clear it was affecting his attitude throughout the episode. The Bar scenes with Crowley was nice to, these two have a weird friendship. And of course Cas, Sam and Bobby busting Metatron out of jail was great! I'm glad they put Metatron in his place but it sucks that he was another dead-end. Still this was a great episode

Bobby is reading Tori Spelling's autobiography, the actress he mentioned in the episode "You Can't Handle the Truth". In the episode "Ask Jeeves", Dean mentioned again about Bobby having secrets, like loving on Tori Spelling. Bobby was put in Heaven's jail.

This is the ultimate Sam and Cas episode. Wish we’d gotten more of just them together, Jared and Misha have almost as much chemistry as him and Jensen but in an entirely different way. 😄

Did you see the news that Mark Sheppard (actor who plays Crowley) had 6 heart attacks over the weekend? He died and was brought back to life FOUR TIMES! 😧 He is doing much better, in fact I believe he is recovering at home now. We all know Crowley is tough, but damn! 😶

So this is the third season where Sam has an episode with dead Bobby but Dean isn't apart of it. I have a theory that the writers felt bad they hadn't given Sam more scenes with Bobby when he was alive so this them making up for it. Yes I know last season that wasn't actually Bobby but close enough

I really love this episode! It gives me the exact thing I keep missing; more diversity in character interactions and relationships. Sam working with Cas on this, hatching this little heist plan and working with Bobby was great to see. Sam and Cas don't get that many interactions, so it's a really welcome change. Meanwhile, Dean gets to interact with Rowena and Crowley, and have this really good scene with Crowley. I think this episode is a good example of how you can definitely "split up" Sam and Dean, and still have both characters share the space of the episode, and both feel present and important to the other despite being apart.

Dean always tries to hide his vulnerable side and fears from Sam. he is always stuck in big brother mode and protect Sam at all costs so he never wants to seem weak by talking about what he is afraid of. and he hides things so that Sam doesn't worry more than he already does. that's why he can talk to Crowley (A frenimy but someone who will likely understand where he is at) more than Sam. Sam is going behind deans back so that dean doesn't stop him because he knows his brother. so now he's doing things dean wouldn't like just like dean did things Sam wouldn't like in the past (cough*Gadreel*cough). Those boys will do ANYTHING for each other except communicate in a healthy way.

Mark Sheppard who plays Crowley had like 6 massive heart attacks and had to be brought back from the dead like 4 times last Thursday or Friday, The actress who plays Rowena (Ruth Connell) and the actor who played Chuck (Rob Benedict) are gonna have a baby I think early next year. Just some inside information.

Rowena is so terrible, but in the best of ways. And Crowley as well. They are some of the best characters in the back half of the series and they only get that much better. I look forward to you getting to experience it.
