Jensen said that he would only do the wire scene if it looked good and obviously that's not what happened. He and most of the cast/fans hated it. It was something that could've been really great but many of us were really disappointed :/

The wire fight scene is hated by most of the cast and fans. The ground fight scene had started out great. They should have expanded on that and made it over the top Matrix style with the epic jumps stopping in mid air etc. they could have made it great but the wire scene got in the way. Jensen picked the Dichel look. Very sexy and evil.

Angels, any angels have never once been shown flying. They really, really should have stuck to that. The part when Dean says “I’m your sword, your perfect vessel “ and Michael says “oh, I know who you are” then the flashbacks…..chills. I adore Jack and when Lucifer took his grace, was awful. Never hated Lucifer so much. The Michael/Lucifer fight was supposed to “burn down the world” that fight, in that church, didn’t even crack a floor tile. Just wait, Jensen as Michael is really good. Side note, that hat that Dean/Michael is wearing at the end, Jensen requested that he wear that hat. Hang on for these last 2 seasons, for the most part, I love them

This episode truly makes me emotional cause of the somewhat contrast of how the characters overall arcs are evolving and truly contrasting with who these individuals are now; a fallen angel who now has the purpose of fatherhood behind him, an insanely intellectual Hunter who has come into his own with confidence towards his leadership skills and the Hunter who thought his life was the family business but now, with that speech to Sam of "earning" a retirement- he finally voiced that want and I couldn't tell you how happy that made me. This season started off developing those characteristics so poignantly- with Dean not having a desire to live because he'd lost the individual in his life he actually let himself confide in without the guilt of feeling like a burden cause...he said he wouldn't go anywhere and Sam then being the one to tell Dean how his behaviour was affecting Jack; someone who he took under his care and for that to now unfold to the talk of Dean accepting Jack as family; truly made me teary-eyed because that's it- that was the last piece. So, I completely agree with your reactions to any time Lucifer tried to mess that up this season and then when he gave that knife to Sam and Jack- oooo flames, flames coming out from the side of my head. I legit wanted to punch him through the screen when Jack said "I love you" to Sam cause how-bloody-dare-you! Also, I'm not completely certain but that way of saying, "I love you. I love all of you"- that was what Cas said in season 12...no? (pain) Similarly, Jack's walk and punching himself...his soul feels so incredibly and for him to want to think he needs to punish himself- i...Alex in that scene broke me (but, he is truly a Winchester then 👌...I'm sorry) Lastly, I do believe I lost some of my brain cells when Dean started said, "what if you had your sword?" and then Cas's reaction cause, okay- no. Castiel, the angel of the lord, fell because Dean Winchester wanted to rebel for a cause his soul believed in so much and shone brightly enough with certainty that- he believed him and for years then, continued to protect him, his family and humanity because of that because it felt right. So, a head-canon i had read that makes me go insane was that Cas felt Dean becoming fully possessed by Micheal in that church (cause he does seem to have already given up by the time Mary and Bobby reach him) and that is such a hurtful thought! I was practically speechless with the scene of them, "Cas, I don't have a choice! He has Sammy! He has Jack!" cause- of course, he knows! But the look of pleading to not do it? that was just not cool Supernatural...not at all. I cannot wait for you to get to season 14 cause honestly? I appreciate that season so much (one reason is Jensen's sense of style for Dean cause...*chef's kiss*) and it is going to be a whirlwind- and I just thank you for accepting and loving Jack; he is the fandom's child and I completely agree with your protection over him.

Most people couldn't like the episode because of the wire fight and cw basically spoiling that Dean was going to get possessed "Oh Jensen Ackles will play a new character on the finale, who could it be fans??? Wink wink, AU Michael is right there, wink wink". I purely enjoyed the episode because of the scene where some archangel was being turned into a fried Lucifer. That scene made me laugh with happiness

Another one down and getting closer to the end now. Season 13 is probably my favorite after season 8. This whole season is probably the one with most continuing main story . Season 9,10,11,12 were good but you had 4,5 filler episodes before you got an episode with the main story line which kind of felt dragging the show. Excited for you to get to the end 😁

I remember how Jensen was annoyed and disappointed by the wire work and said it was very hard to shoot bcz of lack of balance but it didn't work out well. and oh Michael Blinders! it was Jensen's idea too :D in my idea, Season 14 is the darkest season. perfect in any sense, but harsh and dark and cruel. even more than season 15. It's weird I know.

Lucky you! Sam & Cas are known for being a chaotic duo; when they are left in the bunker alone together, Sam likes Cas to perform risky, potentially fatal experiments on him. So maybe you can have Misha pretend to stick probes in Jared's head or some other torture-type poses. And maybe you can be standing off to the side, gasping at the horror of it all. I don't know. It's what I would do, at least. lol

I'm not gonna lie that Michael-Dean vs Lucifer fight was so dumb lol. It made me cringe. Season 14 was pretty average if not bad for me. So I wouldn't get my hopes high. I'm not gonna lie its the start of the visibly horrible writing. It gets worse as the season progresses. Plot holes and bad choices of writers gonna bother you.

Soooooooo the next two season are abysmally bad. I could nitpick this season completely but it comes down to horrible writing honestly. Soooooo Dean should have known better than to say yes to Micheal…it’s almost as if they had undone the character development of the past 12 seasons cuz they wanted him to be the bad guy for the next season….I would have dug it wayyyyy more if Lucifer woulda taken Jacks grace and been like k I don’t need you anymore and just left.
